Terms and Conditions

1. About Manshet

Manshet (the “Service”) creates weekly, monthly, and season reports in Arabic and English for supported fantasy mini-leagues. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Manshet is independent of, and is not licensed or endorsed by, Fantasy Premier League, the Premier League, the Roshn Saudi League, or any of their fantasy games. Player, club, competition, and trade-mark names belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

• Creating an account and using the Service as a league owner requires a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.
• League reports are public and may be viewed without signing in by anyone who has the link. Registration is required only for the league owner to add a league, change settings, or subscribe.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

The gameweek in which a league joins Manshet is completely free, whether that is GW1 or any later gameweek, with no payment card and no commitment.

Subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically. No amount is charged to your card without an explicit action from you each time. When a pass ends, it simply expires without a later automatic charge; renewal is a manual action from the league page.

If you renew before your current term ends, the new term is added to the remaining time, so paid time is not lost.

• 10-gameweek pass: SAR 15, covering ten gameweeks starting from the end of any existing cover.
• Half-season pass: SAR 20, covering the league through the end of gameweek 20; offered only while gameweek 20 has not yet started.
• Season pass: SAR 30, covering the remainder of the season through its end.
• The prices above are first-season prices and are the final amounts payable by the subscriber. The price shown beside them on the subscription page is the price planned to apply from the following season onward, and is not a former price.
• Prices may change in future seasons. No change affects a pass purchased before it: that pass keeps its term and its price until it ends.

4. When access expires

If a subscription expires without renewal, the league is not closed and its data is not deleted. Reports remain available through the last gameweek covered by the subscription; only newer gameweeks are locked until renewal. Any report link already shared in a group or conversation continues to work.

5. Refunds and cancellation

A subscription is digital content activated immediately after successful payment. Except for the two cases below, payment is not refundable after payment succeeds and access is opened.

Because subscriptions do not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel. Simply do not renew when the term ends, and nothing will be charged afterward.

• Duplicate charge or incorrect amount collected: the difference or full amount will be refunded promptly after the error is verified.
• A technical failure caused by Manshet that completely prevents access during the paid subscription period: we will review the case and compensate you by extending the term or issuing a refund, depending on the nature and duration of the failure.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by a payment-services provider licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Manshet does not store card details on its servers; the payment provider alone handles them under its security standards.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to another account or league.
• Do not resell access to reports or impersonate the owner of a league you do not own.
• Each league is subject to a member limit set by the Service, currently 100 members; larger leagues cannot be added.

8. Liability

Reports rely on publicly available data from supported fantasy-game providers and may be delayed or affected by changes or failures in those sources outside Manshet’s control. The Service is provided “as is,” without a guarantee of perfectly accurate figures or uninterrupted availability. Manshet is not liable for indirect harm resulting from use of the Service or a temporary interruption.

9. Data and privacy

Manshet collects only the data needed to operate the Service, such as your email address for account creation and your fantasy league ID. We use this data to provide and administer the Service and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, where applicable, using the contact details below.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will publish any material change on this page with the updated date above. Continuing to use the Service after publication means you accept the change.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
